Well………… I posted this morning about starting some pretty amazing specials. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but I will not be opening tomorrow. I always said I would stay open until the wheels fell off and they fell off today. There has been so much here-say circulating over the past few months and I just want you to hear it from me. Ana’s Cafe is permanently closed. It is still for sale and we had someone from out of town come in and assess the property today and is going to put it on the market. I met with the Mendozas for the first time since our first meeting in July. They are still interested but I’m not sure what will happen there. Our power was shut off today and I just can’t keep up with everything. Times are tough everywhere and know I’m not alone in this battle. I have been working, trying, creating, clawing my way into nowhere for quite some time. I’m throwing in the towel. I’m tapping out. Thank you to everyone who supported this business. I’m truly grateful. I will still be honoring the orders for breads and rolls. My number is 775-427-6674.

Good morning Fallon and surrounding counties! Ana’s Cafe Will be having some pretty amazing specials! Thursdays will be our thrifty Thursdays! 50 Cent pancakes!!!  Fridays will be our faculty Friday! Anyone presenting Greenwave badge and is part of the faculty of our amazing schools will get something free that day. Tomorrow will be free coffee! Don’t forget to put in your order for dinner rolls!! I am also taking orders for specialty breads. Those of you that want to pick up on Christmas Eve, December 24, will be limited. Pick up must be made no later than 1 PM.  Don’t forget I have bread bowls! Our soups today will be a scalloped potato with ham and the second soup will be a creamy chicken tortellini. Today at Ana‘s café! I lunch special is our fabulous TBA! This is our turkey, brie, cheese, avocado, tomato, and red onions all grilled on Parmesan encrusted bread. Served with your choice of house, cut fries, or coleslaw, or pasta, salad or soup today is one that always reminds me of that beautiful Rachel Parson! (She loves Cordon Bleu) I have made a chicken cordon bleu soup. A creamy and hearty soup loaded with chicken, ham, asparagus, Gruyere, cheese, and rice. Come on in and enjoy a delicious homemade cinnamon roll with a cup of hot chocolate or coffee! Just made biscuits this morning and I’m making my sausage gravy. Since I’ll be making my bread bowls for our lunch special today and that will be the beef and mushroom tortellini, soup or loaded baked potato soup. Come in and help make Ana’s Cafe great again! The fryer is fixed! Praise God! I am now back in business. I have  three loaves of French bread and  Four (4) cheesy jalapeño loaves left!! Any of my friends or family know how to change a thermapile on a commercial fryer?? I have the new part. I would really love to get it installed tonight so that I can be back in business tomorrow. I can’t wait to announce all our specials!! Good morning Fallon! We are open today! Todays specials are Huevos Rancheros. Three soft corn tortillas topped with refried beans, your choice of house made chorizo or Chile Verde, two eggs any style, salsa, sour cream, Cotija, cheese, and black olives. Served with your choice of hashbrowns, or home fries or Spanish rice. Special is our Carnitas bowl.
