Hi folks,
Before the rumors start flying around town, we have some bitter sweet news for you. Jennifer and I have sold our restaurant building. Oink and Moo will no longer exist.š We decided itās better to close down with our ratings, reputation and good name intact, instead of letting the Moo open under new ownership. Although it was a difficult decision, Jennifer and I are very happy with the ultimate outcome and we are looking forward to the next chapter in life.
š„We are saddened that we did not get a chance to properly say our goodbyes in person. We have gotten to know so many of you and not properly saying goodbye is heartbreaking. As you know, the restaurant business is difficult and can be all consuming. Itās filled with rising costs and regulations, and now a difficult virus that changed the restaurant industry as we know it. The Oink and Moo experience relies on the personal touch, smiling face to smiling face, an energy in the room you could feel and lots of people working together closely. We considered adapting, but quickly realized that running a restaurant in these times doesnāt seem fun or fulfilling to us. The Covid experience has given us time to re-evaluate our lives and to prioritize our precious time. We plan to do some traveling and to just take the time to enjoy life and have some fun. We are delighted to have had the opportunity to serve you. You made us feel like family and supported us to the end. You stood by our sides even when we made mistakes and you never stopped making us feel loved, appreciated and accepted in Fallbrook. We hope we created some great memories, delicious flavors and memorable fun experiences for you, throughout the years. We hope you remember us fondly and keep us in your thoughts. We hope you can look back at your time at Oink and Moo as special and unique. You will all be missed by us and we are so grateful to have gotten to know you. We have made many new friends and we are excited to spend some quality time growing those friendships. Now that we have some free time, we look forward to all of your party š and dinner party š invites, when the virus is defeated.
šThank you Friends of Fallbrook , Tracey Lubben and her crew have created an incredible platform that helped grow our business into the success that it was. And a special thank you to all our friends/patrons that supported us and helped make Oink and Moo such a cool place, filled with great people, awesome food and music. We really do love youš
šWe are excited that the new owners have some impressive experience and will hopefully bring Fallbrook another fantastic restaurant. The new owners will introduce themselves and their concept soon and we wish them the best of luck and success.
šBusiness owners, keep in mind, if an applicant applies at your business and you see Oink and Moo listed as one of their jobs, know that this person, is the hardest of workers. A dedicated, well trained, employee with the highest of standards that she/he can take on any job. Know that they are the reason Oink and Moo was such a success without them we would have been nothing. Call us for a reference if they didnāt impress you already.
Please feel free to reach out to us and give us your email address for anyone that wants to contact us personally. Our email address is āŖ[email protected]⬠or āŖ[email protected]ā¬
