This view will never get old! The open kitchen concept was my first thought when designing the space and it doesn't disappoint!! Ever. I love the openness to the community it provides. I love the little kids watching with their oooohhhing and ahhing. I love the conversations that happen when people ask what sauce I'm cooking in front of the windows. I love hearing the conversations and the laughter between strangers while they wait on the ramp. This place is special. It truly is. ā¤ļøšŸ¦‰šŸ•

WE FINALLY HAVE GIFT CARDS!

And Iā€™m excited about thatā€¦but probably not for the reason youā€™d think.

Yes, you can finally buy someone a Nite Owl gift card and give them pizza for the future.

But more importantly, gift cards mean we can finally start something Iā€™ve wanted to do for a while...our Pay It Forward Program.

Weā€™re going to have a ā€œwallā€ of cheese pizzas that have already been purchased by someone else.

If youā€™re hungry and could use a little help let the window person know and they'll take a slip from the "wall".

You get a cheese pizza.

Thatā€™s it....

No questions.
No explanations.
No judgment.

If thereā€™s a slip on the wall, thereā€™s a pizza available. If there are no slips, it simply means there arenā€™t any Pay It Forward pizzas available at that time.

And the really cool part?!

People have already started donating.

Last week when I introduced the first special pizza I had someone comment about a collab with AVO'S FEAST famous garlic aioli. It made perfect sense. If ya haven't tried their aoili yet you'll definitely be running down there after having this pie. They even sell it in bottles! Mike stopped by and dropped off some(and some delicious Portuguese chow mein lol) and now we officially have the Pleasant Street Steakout.... Keep ya eyes and taste buds peeled starting this Wednesday for it.

Enough of the sappy posts lol! Let's get back to the food! New specialty pizza coming next week. It'll be around for a week or two. A layer of pepper jack cheese topped with shaved steak, red onions, red and green peppers, fior di latte, and garlic aioli.
