Here are the
Dueling Spoons At Home Meal Service meals that will be available after the deliveries. There were so many orders and I am so sorry to those that we could not get too.

6oz Boneless beef short rib sold out
Braised and served with mashed potato and carrots in a rich brown gravy. Topped with roasted red pepper and garlic

Korean Short rib 12
Tender Blade short rib of beef with roasted red peppers and a soy sauce gravy

Baked lemon Salmon 2
A salmon filet baked with lemon and butter with potato and vegetable

Pork tenderloin Shane sold out
A pork tenderloin with apple and onion compote and dijon demi glace. Served with potato and vegetable.

Chicken Kathleen 4
A chicken breast stuffed with proscuitto, brocolli and Monterey Jack cheese served with a cream sauce. Served with potato and vegetable

Shepherds Pie sold out
Ground beef and onions with gravy topped with mashed potato and served with carrots and peas.

Shrimp Crepe 1
Shrimp with red pepper, scallions, shallots and mushrooms in a mornay cheese sauce wrapped in a crepe (thin pancake) topped with Monterey Jack cheese.

Shrimp Pasta Bake sold out
Shrimp with roasted red peppers, garlic, scallions and shallots in a creamy sauce topped with shredded mozzarella

Roasted Vegetable Creamy Pasta Bake sold out
Roasted vegetables in a creamy sauce with Dueling Spoons Walnut Basil sauce.

Creamy Mushroom Pasta Bake sold out
Assorted mushrooms in a cream sauce over pasta topped with shredded Mozzarella

Lamb Shank 3
A braised lamb shank served in a rich gravy with potato and carrot

Blackened Mahi Mahi sold out
A Mahi filet blackened and served with tomato compote and a light root b**r bbq sauce

The Beast Salisbury steak 5
A 1/2lb patty of elk, bison, Wagyu beef and wild boar, served with mashed potato, gravy and braised carrots.

Italian Sausage and ricotta pasta bake 5
Sweet Italian sausage with ricotta, tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella

All meals are fresh but do freeze well. All meals are $15 for our followers
Each meal is designed to be a single serving but our portions are generous.

Message me to have some set aside for you or to arrange delivery.

We also offer free delivery to our local area, Dexter, Lowell and Fall Creek.
Springfield, Thurston and central Eugene
5 meal minimum

No delivery fee but please consider a tip for the delivery driver.

Delivery outside our area can be arranged by calling and chatting with me. Minimums will apply

Hello Everybody,
Next Sunday is the first Sunday of the month and that means it’s our amazing Sandwich Sunday/Irish Pub Day.
It’s time to let me know how many sandwiches you would like.

Message me how many sandwiches you would like to have.
If you have come in before you will know what you want. If this is your first time ordering let me know how many you want and then I will send you the menu on Thursday to make your selections.

We will have our hot sandwich selection available while supplies
Our amazing cheesesteak
Our new hot pastrami
And the crazy good
Roast beef with my caramelized onions

There are only a certain number of sandwiches available so I suggest not waiting as we usually sell out.

We are open for Sandwich Sunday from Noon to 4.
The Sandwiches are wrapped to go so you may enjoy them at home, at the park or lake. You can also enjoy them at Dueling Spoons with a glass of Dueling Spoons red ale or Sheridan Street L***r.
