Hello Everybody,
As I was strolling by the table of a Dueling Spoons legend, I noticed him taking a picture of his Pittsburg steak and I decided the photo needed a bit of beauty so I stuck my face in, lol,
We know this legend as Pittsburgh Bob and let me tell you I love to cook a Pittsburg steak.
Thank you Bob and family, your continued support means so much to us.

Hello Everybody,
One of our new At Home meals this week
My Kathleen’s pepper steak. Tender sliced real ribeye in a rich soy sauce gravy, served with egg noodles and green beans. So good!

Hello Everybody,

Here are the meals available for pick up or delivery this week.

Chicken Kathleen
A boneless breast of chicken with a layer of prosciutto, stuffed with broccoli and Monterey Jack cheese and served in a Monterey Jack cheese sauce.

Walnut Basil Chicken
A boneless chicken breast topped with Dueling Spoons Walnut Basil sauce, roasted red peppers and fresh mozzarella

Shepherds Pie
Tender ground beef with onions and a rich brown gravy topped with mashed potatoes and beef braised carrots

Elk Pie
Same as the Shepherds pie but made with ground elk.

The Beast Salisbury Steak
A patty of equal parts elk, bison, Wagyu beef and wild boar served old school Salisbury steak style with a mushroom gravy.

Pork Tenderloin Shane
Sliced pork tenderloin with an apple and onion compote and a Dijon Demi glacé

My Kathleen’s Onion Braised Pork Chop
Pork chop braised in broth and onions served in a rich onion gravy

Seafood Medley in lobster sauce
Salmon, Shrimp and cod with lobster sauce

Blackened Salmon filet
A blackened salmon filet

Creamy Mushroom Pasta Bake
Assorted mushrooms in a creamy sauce over rigatoni topped with mozzarella

Sausage and Peppers
Sweet Italian Sausage with peppers and onions served with egg noodles

Pepper Steak
Asian style pepper steak with a soy- sesame sauce with egg noodles

Green Salad with a jar of Dueling Spoons dressing

All meals are cooked fresh using fresh ingredients and delivered to you fresh and ready to heat up.
All meals are $15 for our followers on Facebook.
The meals travel well and can be frozen.

We can deliver to you in the Eugene/Springfield area with a four meal minimum and a $5 delivery fee.
We will deliver free with a minimum 8 meal order.

We will deliver outside the Eugene/Springfield area, within reason, with a 10 meal or more order.

You can pick up at the restaurant any time today

I am in my current position for the day, lol. Taking the day off.
Thank you all for another great week at Dueling Spoons.
You all are so amazing and our hearts are truly touched by your support.
I will be posting the At Home meals pre-order list later today, with some new menu selections.
I will also be catching up on reservations and returning messages and let’s gift out a dinner for a follower.

I swear I showered, brushed my teeth and everything.
I’m stating to feel abandoned and lonely, lol,
It seems like the whole world is canceling.
