It's Wednesday! Half way through the week y'all!!

It was so good to see everyone yesterday! Thank you for taking care of my girls while I was gone!! We had a wonderful vacation and they did Great with the shop!

Come by and grab a cookie or cruffin today!

I hope everyone is understanding. Your food and drink orders may take a little longer than usual. My WONDERFUL girls, Hallie and Allie are braving a Busy Saturday shift with just the two of them! They offered to serve you rather than Cross Ties being closed while I go on Vacation with my family! Please give them some grace and a big Thank You! We are trying something NEW!!!

Rather than having pretzel salad this weekend, I wanted to try:

TIRAMISU!!!!

(Lady Finger Pastries Soaked in Espresso, topped with Cream and Dusted With Cocoa)

I made 8 of them as a trial run! Please give me some feedback after trying one! Is this something y'all would like served between pretzel salads?? Is it sweet enough?? Is it everything you'd expect from Cross Ties? Y'all know I love honesty!!

I hope everyone who wants to try one gets a chance, they will be available Thursday until sold out!! If they are a hit, I will make some more!!
