Troubadour Coffee Roasters

Troubadour Coffee Roasters Roaster of top grade Arabica coffees offering hand-crafted coffee & espresso bevs, select biscotti, We are very focused on what we do best: coffee.

We do not offer food except for select pastries, cakes, cookies, biscotti & other sweet delights! We source and roast only top quality Arabica coffees. If coffee is of high quality, roasted to the correct roast level, ground and brewed correctly it will not need anything added to it to be enjoyable. If you drink your coffee black, we have a coffee for you. If you are used to cream and sugar, we ha

ve a coffee for you. If you like a sweet and sugary latte, we have a coffee for you. All without adding anything extra to it. Point is, most folks are used to adding cream, sugar or both to coffee in order to drink it otherwise itโ€™s undrinkable. That is because we bet you are drinking low quality coffee that is bitter black. We are here to change that! Good coffee is not bitter. Stop in; weโ€™ll prove it to you! We roast in small batches. What this means is that you are assured a more even roast. Large roasters roast in large batches, sometimes as much as several hundred pounds at a time. This is fine to meet a large volume of customers but we choose to do business differently. We choose to have less customers so we can focus on the quality of our coffee; it must be top. Please stop in and try one of our fabulous coffees or lattes! You will not be disappointed. However if you are looking for mediocre or bad coffee brewed poorly or tasteless lattes dispensed from an automatic machine, you WILL be disappointed! ;)

Ethiopia Guji Danbi Udo is a truly special lot โ€” grown in the rich volcanic soils of Ethiopiaโ€™s Guji Zone.

High elevation, forest shade, and cool growing conditions help create the kind of coffee Guji is known for: clean, sweet, and beautifully layered.

The coffee grows under a canopy of shade trees, which helps the cherries ripen more gradually. That slower development gives the fruit more time to build sweetness, clarity, and depth.

This is also a Grade 1 Ethiopian natural โ€” the highest export grade, reserved for coffees with excellent cup quality and careful preparation. The cherries are handpicked, carefully sorted, and dried slowly on raised beds over several weeks.

The result is a beautifully expressive natural Ethiopian coffee with notes of tropical fruit, lavender, lemon-lime citrus, and black tea.

Her father was in the coffee business back in their native Albania, but she had never had hands-on experience. We were happy to help!
