Today was Steam dumplings making day! 🥟💛

Many people may only see a basket of dumplings on the table, but for me, every single piece tells a story.

From preparing and seasoning the filling, carefully mixing the ingredients, wrapping each dumpling by hand, arranging them one by one in the steamer, and finally watching them cook to perfection — every step is done with love and care.

I made a large batch today, and yes, my hands are definitely tired! But seeing trays full of freshly made shumai and smelling the wonderful aroma from the steamer makes it all worth it.

Cooking has never been just about serving food. It’s about sharing care, passion, and a piece of my heart with every customer who walks through our doors.
