OK, I'm excited that you're all excited. However, I do need to clarify some things. Remember that I am the only person who cooks every single thing in this restaurant; I have no staff and no elves. It's just me. Keep that in mind. I'm still running the restaurant during the daytime for lunch, so will I have a menu? No, I won't have a menu. Will I post a menu beforehand? No, I probably won't have time for that either. But what I will have is a couple of options to pick from each day. Please do not call me and ask what I'm having today. Just drive by. Chances are, whatever I'm having, you're going to like it, and the price is right. This is designed to keep you out of the kitchen with all the heat and to give you an amazing meal at an amazing price. I'll continue doing this throughout the summer, unless, of course, it gets slow and there's not much interest. Whatever entrees I offer will be a variety; some nights there may be pasta and Cantonese food on the same menu. The busier I get, the more I'll offer. But there's no point in me spending 16 hours on my legs only to have three people come into the restaurant from 5 to 7. Restaurant work is the hardest work on the planet. Some meals will be less expensive than other meals, depending on what ingredients I'm using. All of this is a lot of work, and I don't mind doing it if I'm busy, but I don't want to sit in this restaurant for six hours a day getting things ready for nighttime only to have three people show up because they didn't think it was something they wanted. Friday is always fish fry, so we will not be doing any early bird Friday evening. As we get closer, I will post what menu items will be available in the future, not necessarily this week or next week or the week after, but at any point during the summer season. I'll post menu options that will be available or can come available now. If you want fish to go on Friday evening, you will have to call me at 2 o'clock, and you can pick it up by four, as long as I still have fish in the restaurant. We tend to sell out just about every Friday. I will always give you 100%.
