🪿 99 OUT OF 100! 🪿

Some days just test you a little more than others.

After getting rained out in Foley, we were scrambling to regroup, running behind, and trying to get the Goose loose in Silverhill. And of course… that’s when the Health Department showed up for an inspection. 😂

The result? 99 out of 100. 💯

But what I’m most grateful for is how we were treated throughout the entire process — with kindness, respect, professionalism, and fairness.

We take a tremendous amount of pride in the food we serve, the cleanliness of our trailer, and doing things the right way — even on the chaotic days when nothing seems to go according to plan.

A sincere thank you to the wonderful folks at the Baldwin County Health Department for the work you do and for treating us so well.

Rain, rushing, inspection and all… I wouldn’t have it any other way.

🪿❤️ The Goose is clean, the Goose is proud, and the Goose is still on the loose!
