Another beautiful build for the NYC dining scene 🍷

We designed and installed this outdoor terrace for ’s two locations, a Tuscan-inspired restaurant in the heart of the city. The goal: create a space that feels like a warm summer evening in Florence, right on the sidewalk.

We’re proud to unveil one of our newest custom builds, in Manhattan! Bringing a fresh, modern look, this pair of outdoor dining structures invite diners into the breezy charm of the Mediterranean.

From the bold blue finishes to integrated planters and privacy screens, every element was designed for comfort, beauty, and a little island magic. This is what al fresco dining should look like!

Constructed of durable metal and composite materials, these structures will serve Eleni’s and their patrons for years to come.

⏱️The application period for roadside and sidewalk cafes is in full swing, but what does that mean?

🗓️Well, the Roadway Cafe review process is estimated to take up to 5 months. And the Sidewalk Cafe process make take even up to 6 months.

❗️But did you know, that if you haven’t applied by August 3rd you are required to remove your existing outdoor dining?

❕And did you know that, regardless of application approval, all outdoor dining configurations must be brought to compliance by November 1st?

While the structural requirements may have been standardized by NYC DOT, there's still plenty ways to customize a Dining Structures NYC cafe to any situation or aesthetic.
