🔥 TONIGHT — DANCING UNDER THE STARS! 🔥

Looks like Mother Nature is giving us another shot at it, and with these warm-weather nights getting fewer and farther between, we’re taking every single one she gives us. 🌙✨

Yeah, it might be a little chilly tonight… but that just means you’re gonna have to MOVE to stay warm. 😏💃🕺

DJ Billie is ready. The lights are ready. The patio is ready. And we’re turning the music up and dancing under the stars from 8 PM to 1 AM.

And don’t forget — adult slushies are still just $5 after 8 PM! 🍹 This week we’ve got Pineapple Upside-Down Cake and Mudslide ready to go.

These are the nights we’re gonna miss when winter finally decides it’s had enough of us — so throw on a hoodie, grab your people, grab a drink and COME DANCE.

Well, THIS is exactly why we didn’t give up on tonight. 🖤🎤

The weather finally gave us a break, karaoke is going, the drinks are flowing, and honestly… it turned into a pretty damn good night.

People are singing, laughing, cheering each other on, and the whole place just feels right tonight.

So if you’re sitting at home wondering if it’s worth coming out…

It is.

Grab your people and come down. The mic is hot, the crowd is good, and Friday night karaoke is definitely alive and well at The Hideaway tonight. 🎶🖤

🌧️🎤 WE’RE TRYING, FAIRFIELD! 🎤🌧️

We’ve been watching this weather all day, and believe it or not… it might just give us the break we need tonight.

The current hourly forecast has the rain chance dropping from around 34% at 6 PM and 29% at 7 PM to about 20% from 8–11 PM. 👀

So YES — we are absolutely doing everything we can to get things set up and give you a KARAOKE NIGHT tonight!

We’re not declaring victory over Mother Nature just yet 😂, but right now there’s enough of a window showing that we’re going to give it a shot.

If the weather cooperates, karaoke kicks off around 8 PM and we plan on making the most of every dry minute she gives us. 🎶🎤

And while we’re at it… $5 adult slushies are waiting for you too. 🍹

Someone reached out to us recently and asked if we’d help shine a little more light on local artists around here.

We thought that was a pretty damn good idea.

So we’re starting with probably the easiest and most widespread way to get people seen around here… Facebook.

🎨 If you’re a local artist, TAG YOURSELF in the comments.
Tell us a little bit about what you do. Drop your page, post a photo of your work, share a song, show off something you’ve made — whatever represents you.

Painters, musicians, photographers, tattoo artists, writers, makers, crafters, designers… if you create something, we want people to know about you.

And if you know somebody local who should be getting more eyes on their work, tag them too.

Don’t be shy and don’t worry about feeling like you’re promoting yourself. That’s literally the point of this post. Get yourselves seen.

And this is only the start. We’re already coming up with more ways to support local artists as we speak. If you have an idea for something The Hideaway could do to help you, promote your work, give you a place to be seen, or support the local art community in general, please tell us. We want to hear it.

Art of all kinds and all walks matters to us, and we’d love to find some real ways to help the people creating it right here in our community.

Fairfield has a whole lot of talent tucked into it.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the life of Danny Conyers. ❤️

And a special thank you to the Conyers family for choosing The Hideaway Alley Bar as the place to bring everyone together. It truly meant more to us than we can put into words.

Danny was a big part of our daily lives for as long as we can remember. He was one of those people you just expected to see, talk to, laugh with, and have around. When we heard that he had passed, we were devastated. There’s really no other way to say it.

But seeing everyone together—sharing stories, laughing, remembering Danny, and just being there for one another—made something else pretty clear too. Somehow, through something none of us ever wanted to go through, we all got a little closer.

None of us really knows how to get used to a world where Danny isn’t walking through the door anymore. But hopefully, as we figure out how to move forward without him, we can hold onto that closeness, keep looking out for one another, and find our way through it together.

Thank you for allowing us to be a part of celebrating his life, and thank you, Danny, for being such a big part of ours.

You will be missed more than you could ever know. ❤️

DJ Billie says we’re doing karaoke tonight, so that’s what we’re doing. 😂 He’s getting the gear out, getting everything set up, and getting ready for his karaoke people.

We’ve spent enough time watching the weather and wondering what it’s going to do. Billie says GO, and tonight, Billie’s in charge.
