Tonight I made this fresh bright tomato, avocado, corn salad to bring over to my neighbors. I served it as an app and we scooped it up with purple tortilla chips! The dressing is olive oil, fresh lemon and lime juicie, Italian honey and fresh cilantro! I finished this bright beautiful salad with the most Amazing TROPANI Sicilian sea salt and it made all the flavors pop!I This salt is unrefined and hand harvested it's MY favorite- it's a must have to finish your summer salads.
