Sorrento Importing LLC Simply Italian since 1966! Sorrento was founded in 1966 by brothers Giuseppe (Joe) & Gaetano (Tom) Milazzo who emigrated from Patti, Sicily, Italy in 1955.

Sorrento Importing is an old fashioned, family-owned butcher shop, deli, sandwich bar and specialty gourmet Italian foods retailer that relocated to Fairfield after a fire destroyed their BPT location of over 50 years. Just make sure you cover your nest with the sauce because that is what cooks the pasta in the oven! 350 covered 30 mins and a few more minutes uncovered!! What a beautiful and quick dinner!

Watch this pasta al forno come together in minutes! Pop in 350 oven for 30 mins covered and 10 minutes uncovered! Cook your family a delicious dinner they deserve it!! Make sure the base of sauce is deep and meats are covered that's what cooks the pasta!
