Good afternoon Native Amadica. We are excited to be doing a concession stand at this year's Ioway powwow in Perkins Oklahoma. If everything goes right. Won't be full menu. But we will have NDN Navajo Taco's however you wish to call em. Regular and green Chile. Rez dogs, hopefully meat pies depending on time, Green Chile burgers Fry bread burger however you wish. I'll put that on the burger guy. Any who just sharing we will be there for anyone looking for some filling foods.

Hi y'all, it's been awhile but just wanted to let you know that we're still working on getting our food truck...we've been staying busy cooking & catering for different people & organizations...let us know if you would like us to cater your next event 405-617-9809...in the meantime, we'll be helping the Otoe-Missouria Elders this Friday, May 2nd with an NDN Taco fundraiser in Red Rock, OK if you're in the area... come support them & enjoy a Saucy Calf NDN Taco!!

The Saucy Calf restaurant has closed due to not having enough local support. Asa and Jamison Co**ha will carry forward with catering orders and have hopes of a food truck in 2025.
