We are first come first serve, cash only and do not take reservations. The Peacock Tea Room is an open air, English style tea room located inside the Georgia Renaissance festival fairegrounds, next to the King's Hall Stage. We are only open when the faire is in season. Faire season is usually mid April to the first weekend in June, weekends only, Rain or shine. Please check www.garenfest.com for more schedule times.

Ever evolving my recipes to get that perfection I want, I have updated the herbal tea blend; "Sapphire Chai" ingredients to include Blue Cornflower petals.

They help enhance that sapphire color in the dry mixture and very slight brewed in the cup. The cornflower petals do not lend much in the way of flavor, just a delicate, almost whisper of floral undertone. 🩵💙🩵😍 -----------Chef Randy
