Frostbite Foods is a small, local, family owned and operated restaurant in Fairbanks, AK. Our chips are gluten free white corn and our unique salsas are made with all fresh, natural ingredients with absolutely no preservatives or processed items added. We offer a small but delicious menu of fish tacos, chicken tacos and burgers. All of our sauces are made fresh, in house, from scratch. Every item

Slow roasted beef on a grilled flour tortilla, topped with Chihuahua cheese, onions, and cilantro. Served with a warm cup of to-die-for consommé for dipping those delicious tacos into! This consommé is so good, you’ll want to drink it!!
