We’re back! Brady said Chicken Stock was a hit again. He really enjoyed playing with Steve Brown and The Bailers for you guys that got to go!

We’re back to our normal hours until a little break in mid July.

We’re still rolling with our Mesquite smoked fajita seasoned chicken tacos! Fresh pico de gallo and our roasted poblano cream sauce on top.

We apologize to you kids that came between 11am and 2pm while our tortilla press was out of commission. We’re sorry you didn’t get our fresh flour tortillas!

But, alas! It is back in working order thanks to our buddy Paul and a phone call or two to the service team in San Antonio! Yay!

All is good in the taco world again.

Remember, y’all. This weekend we’re closed Friday and Saturday for Chicken Stock. No, we won’t be cooking. But you’ll see one of us playing drums for Steve Brown and the Bailers!

This short week we’ll have our Mesquite smoked fajita seasoned chicken tacos with pico de gallo and our roasted poblano cream sauce!

We’ve been promising you chicken for a while. Well, it’s here!

It’s the smoked version of the Clucker. Fajita seasoned mesquite smoked chicken topped with fresh pico de gallo and our house made roasted poblano sour cream sauce.

Taco friends and fam!

We hope you guys had a great Memorial Day Weekend and enjoyed some time off if you got it.

Thank you for all that gave their lives for our country and have kept us free to live our lives and be able to enjoy our freedom and liberties. Without their sacrifice we couldn’t be serving you like we do. Our hearts are with everyone and their families past and present who gave the ultimate sacrifice.

That’s what Memorial Day is all about.

We love you all.

This week we know we promised you something chicken. BUT!

I didn’t get the chicken ordered in time and, yeah, had to pivot.

So this week’s special after we sell the rest of our smoked sausage tacos will be the Mahalo at ya Later taco!

It’s our Mesquite smoked kalua pork taco topped with pineapple cabbage slaw and our house made espresso BBQ sauce. Real Hawaiian sea salt smoked pork butt.

Come see us this week!

And I PROMISE we’ll have chicken as soon as this 12 pounds of pork is all done.

Such a great summer so far!!!!! It’s nice to not have those -40F days and nights hanging over us!

So glad the Farmer’s Market is kicking back in!

We’re sad to see the Pita Place is up for sale in the neighborhood. 😔 They were one of our fave places to eat ourselves during the summer!

Don’t forget we’re open all year!

And please don’t forget some of our favorite places in the neighborhood, either. Hopefully Hot Licks will be open soon! Man. Don’t forget about the new wine bar that opened where College Town Pizza was! The Pipeline Wine Bar! She’s doing a great job there. Bun on the Run will be opening soon we hope! Sorry to hear they closed their all year location. There’s always House of Fire Pizza.
And don’t forget about the 907 Pad Thai right next to us. And there’s Chaiyo Pad Thai, as well! We love all of these places! OH! And hopefully Zorba on the Run will be open soon!

We love this side of Fairbanks! Lots of great stuff and people!

Special this week is going to be our Willie Nillie 1/4lb smoked bratwurst taco!
