☀️🍦 What an amazing weekend at the Midnight Sun Festival! 🍦☀️

Golden Heart Treats had a fantastic time serving all of you during one of Fairbanks’ favorite summer traditions. The weather was beautiful for most of the day, and even when the rain started to fall, you still showed up and lined up to Treat Yourself! We truly appreciate the incredible support.

A special shout-out goes to our amazing staff, who absolutely rocked it all day long. Even while dealing with an unexpected point-of-sale technical issue, they kept the smiles coming and the treats flowing. We couldn't be prouder of this team!

Thank you, GHT Fam, for your patience, encouragement, and continued support. You are the reason we do what we do, and we're grateful for every one of you.

We can't wait to see you again on Wednesday at our Wickersham Street location. Until then, stay sweet! ❤️🍦

💍🍦 Golden Heart Creamery would like to congratulate Siri & Dyllan Beloy on the beginning of their marriage! 🍦💍

Their beautiful ceremony, set along the stunning Kenai River, was a wonderful celebration of love, family, and new beginnings.

We were honored that they chose Golden Heart Creamery to be part of their special day by serving a custom Bride & Groom ice cream selection for their guests. While transporting the ice cream all the way to Soldotna came with a few challenges, we were determined to make it happen—and we're so glad we did!

Thank you, Siri and Dyllan, for allowing us to help celebrate such a memorable occasion. We wish you both a lifetime of happiness, love, and sweet memories together.

GHT fam this will be a longer post than you are used to seeing from us but we hope that you read it through to the end.
We are making this post to advise you that there will be an increase in the price on several items on our concession trailer menu effective June 19, 2026. Our last menu price adjustment was in 2023.

We are committed to continuing to provide the highest quality ice cream with the premium ingredients you have come to expect from us. To maintain that quality without sacrificing serving sizes or the quality ingredients that we use, an adjustment to our menu prices is necessary. This was a difficult decision for us to make but it will help our business tremendously to thrive and serve you better.
We are happy to say that we still have the biggest serving sizes and lowest prices even with the changes.
