The Aviator Special is the Aeródromo, featuring garlic butter, a Gruyère and Fontina cheese blend, Portuguese sausage, fennel, green peppers, and sweet pickled red peppers.

The Alpha Papa Papa special is the Bellanca Bacon and Artichoke Salad, a leafy green salad topped with grilled artichokes, bacon, feta, and fresh red peppers, dressed up with a house-made lemon ginger vinaigrette. 🥬🥓

Our Aviator Special is a springtime classic, the Noel Wien, with house-made spruce tip pesto, italian sausage, onions, fresh tomatoes, and a sprinkle of feta. A delicious tribute to great Alaskan aviator. 🌲✈️

The Alpha Papa Papa Special is the Curtiss Caprese Bombs, featuring fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, pesto, and garlic all wrapped up in our dough, sprinkled with basil and served with a balsamic dipping sauce.
