This weekend we’ve got some classics for you. Our Aviator’s Special is Cajun Citation, made with our shredded mozzarella/provolone blend, andouille sausage, red & green peppers, & okra finished with a drizzle of house-made Cajun sauce.

This weekend we’re celebrating our 9 year anniversary with some delicious specials. Our Aviator’s Special is the S-76 Spirit, with a house-made cream white sauce, shredded mozzarella/provolone blend, grilled chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and a special spice blend.

The Alpha Papa Papa Special is the Airfoil Flatbread, with roasted garlic spread, shredded mozzarella/provolone blend, prosciutto, jalapeños, and caramelized onions.

Happy Friday, Fairbanks!

While it’s starting to feel like fall, we’re still holding onto that summer freshness with our Aviator’s Special, the Beet-52 Bomber. This special features a creamy pesto base, shredded mozzarella/provolone blend, julienned golden and red beets, caramelized onions, and feta, finished off with fresh arugula tossed in a citrus vinaigrette.

Try it out with our Alpha Papa Papa Special, the Stationair Stromboli, featuring Italian sausage, bacon, and fresh mozzarella wrapped in our house-made dough and served with red sauce. Stop in this weekend to get a little taste of summer here at East Ramp!

The temporary closure allows crews to complete an important part of the project more efficiently while reducing impacts to traffic on the Mitchell Expressway.

📍 Need to access businesses in the area? You can still get there via South Van Horn Road.

Our Aviator’s Special is the Thunderbolt, featuring red sauce, shredded mozzarella/provolone blend, shredded parmesan, spicy capicola, pepperoni, red onions, green olives, & pepperoncinis.
