When God puts something on your heart, listen. Whether it’s an idea, a message, something to act on, a product, or even a recipe, don’t be afraid to put it out there. 🫶🏼

I was going to make and sell my arroz con leche cups at last month’s market in LV, but ended up not making them for whatever reason. I decided to give it a go for this weekend and I SOLD OUT of BOTH flavors, aside from a couple of giveaways. It’s been a while since I’ve actually sold out of something, so this was no small thing for me. 🥹

A big thank you to all who’ve been supporting Melita’s Delights - every like, follow, comment, and share helps boost my business and it’s important for me to get my name out there, especially being in a new community after living in Lake County for 26+ years.

My brand & mission have always remained the same: to offer a tasty twist on tradition, combining familiar flavors with a fresh, creative approach. I pray to continue this mission and share my Mexican heritage with my community for years to come. 🇲🇽

If you’ve had the opportunity to taste Melita’s Delights at a market, pop-up, or through a personal order, I would love if you could share your thoughts and experience! Please leave a review on my page or even Google. I appreciate all of my customers and am always looking for ways to make your experience better. ✅

Gracias!☺️

(Here’s a clip of my newest pumpkin spice arroz con leche, aka rice pudding).

Ya sal de mi mente pastel de zanahoria😭

No but seriously, look how pretty this cake came out for my bestie’s birthday🍁🥕

A fluffy carrot cake soaked with my signature three milk soak, topped with whipped cream cheese frosting, a coat of chopped pecans for the border, dusted with cinnamon, and a touch of magic on top😌✨
