Well… somebody may have gotten a little carried away ordering crabmeat last week. 😂

Here’s a little peek behind the scenes......

Our kitchen can literally go from ZERO tickets to 15 tickets in less than five minutes. And 15 tickets doesn’t mean 15 meals — sometimes that means 20 or 30 plates hitting the kitchen almost at once! 😳

Behind those doors, our crew is frying chicken, cooking seafood, grilling burgers and pork chops, making sandwiches, preparing sides and trying to get every plate out hot and right.

Are we perfect? Absolutely not.

We’re human. We make mistakes. Sometimes we overcook something, miss something on a ticket, or simply don't get it right. And when that happens, tell us and give us the opportunity to make it right.

But one thing we aren't is fast food.

Your meal is being cooked, and when everybody in Exmore apparently decides they're hungry at the exact same time 😂, sometimes that takes a few extra minutes.

We appreciate your patience when we're slammed, your understanding when we're human, and most of all, your continued support of our little local diner. ❤️

We’ll keep doing our best to give you good food and good service — even if we occasionally stumble along the way.

Can you believe it’s already the last day of August? Where in the world did summer go? It sure flew by—but judging by the temperature outside, summer apparently hasn’t gotten the message yet! 😂☀️
