Ambrose Restaurant Ambrose offers contemporary cuisine prepared with seasonal, locally sourced products infused with ethnic ingredients from our motherlands and beyond.

Ambrose is open Wednesday - Sunday, from 5PM to 9PM. Venues used are the Inn's dining room, facing downtown historic Exeter, the living room for cocktails or dessert and the Inn's Patio Garden during good weather. Reservations are strongly recommended.
