Between the chaos. Moments that remind us what and who we do it all for.. family, tradition, community. Somewhere over 100 years ago in the remote terroir of Sicily there was a women named Sultana who started this legacy. Now present day we get to share her recipes, starter dough, and love for food and people with our Excelsior community and her great great grandchildren. Feeling blessed that Georgina and Chef were able to share a moment before a busy late summer service
