We have some big news coming to you from Dandelions Cafe! We’re proud to announce a changing of the guard as our friends Gus and Lisa of take over operations here at the shop. You may know them from the food truck and catering circuit in and around Golden, they are excited to make their splash here in Evergreen as they make this space their own and bring unique flavors to Bergen Park.

The incredible service, delicious fresh food, and warm atmosphere here at Dandelions remains the same with some new faces and exciting new menu additions to spice things up.

I am so grateful to have called this community my home and for the warm embrace I have felt from you, Evergreen. To our dedicated regulars, loyal customers, and the partnerships I could not do this without, I cannot thank you enough. Thank you for the love and support over the last few years, we will always be Evergreen Strong 💜

For those of you who know Cristina, you know just how incredible she is! Please join me us wishing her a happy birthday this week. We will be closed Saturday 3/7 and Sunday 3/8 in celebration of her b-day, we think she’s earned it!

Stop by the Cafe today, we’ve got Chile Relleno burritos and Cristina’s Carrot Cake on special, come warm up with some hot coffee!

Happy summer from Dandelions Cafe! We’ve been a little quiet here on social media while we’re hard at work on some exciting new projects!

We’re thrilled to announce NEW HOURS here at the cafe. Come see the amazing on Tuesdays from 8-11 for special offerings of her signature pastries, cakes, and baked goods. Cristina is perfecting her craft and is excited to brighten your Tuesday with tasty treats.

We will have a selection of Grab n’ Go breakfast burritos and sandwiches to round out your meal. You better add Dandelions to your Tuesday morning routine!
