A fresh batch of imperial stout for today's brew day! This batch was brewed for the Game of Thrones season premiere. Cacao husks were used in the mash and the entire batch will be hit with more cacao at the end of fermentation. Half will be dosed with a house made mint tincture at kegging and the other half habanero, A Song of Ice and Fire. OG 1.092

A fun day of kegging, bottling, and transferring beer! From left to right, kegged an all hallertau blanc pale ale, bottled a mixed ferm barrel aged dunkelweizen, moved a mixed ferm belgian wheat ale with orange peel and green tea into the emptied barrel, and moved a belgian quad to secondary for conditioning.
