Got the keys to our new location in Bellingham on Saturday, and construction starts today! We’re thrilled to be in the community and keep the legacy of the Hilltop alive as a gathering spot. We’re doing a full remodel and anticipate opening in the spring. More details to come!

What a Day at the Butte Pub!

We had an incredible time yesterday hosting the crew from Lost In with DJ BBQ! The production was top-notch — truly impressive to watch.

DJ BBQ himself couldn’t have been kinder. He called Shawn O’Donnell’s “the best Irish pub he’s been to in the United States”, and he mentioned he’d never seen a pub — or any restaurant — with 500 reviews and a 4.9-star Google rating. He said he just had to see what all the fuss was about!

The segment will air in February, stay tuned for updates!
