I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rita for the opportunity to work for her. What started out as helping a small business with a short term need for help to working part-time and full-time for her has ended in a valued friendship. We have had a lot of laughs in that kitchen. I will miss the Everest Cafe customers that I have gotten to know better and all of our regular customers and the little jabs we make at each other. Well as most of you know Rita is closing the Everest Cafe. Her last day will be Tuesday the 28th! Come and support her the last 3 days. She has been cooking for you all for 23yrs. We appreciate you for keeping us all feed you will be missed across the street. We are going to have a bigger warmer coming in & expanding our menu at ETO. Please watch for updates!! We appreciate you all for your support!!
