With over 30 years experience as a Chef, smoked meats are my specialty! I will be firing up the smoker every Saturday. Orders need to placed 4 days in advance. Most orders will be available before 8 pm on Sat - will confirm pick-up availability when order is placed. All meats are prepared with my homemade, award winning rubs, mop and sauces.
