With over 30 years experience as a Chef, smoked meats are my specialty! I will be firing up the smoker every Saturday. Orders need to placed 4 days in advance. Most orders will be available before 8 pm on Sat - will confirm pick-up availability when order is placed. All meats are prepared with my homemade, award winning rubs, mop and sauces. Soon to be opening a food truck in Henderson - will have daily lunch meals and seasonal specials, along with options for alternative pick-up dates for pre-ordered whole items! Sorry for the late notice, but I'm firing up the smoker tomorrow. Get orders in tonight if you want something specific. Spare ribs $20 a slab, 3-4 lb pork butt (whole) $10, 7-8 lb pork butt $20, whole chicken $12, half chicken $6. Message me or post on my page to order.
