Change of plans for tonight 🙂

We are going to do the honorable thing and admit when we are beat and I’m gonna let my guys have tonight and tomorrow night off to enjoy the fall festival like everyone else 🙂 and save some money on labor 🙂

I’ll still be out in the trailer tonight and tomorrow at Post House (rain willing) at dinner time 5-8 and late nights for sure tonight but tomorrow will be TBD based on this tropical storm pushing through:

The chipper will close at 1 today and re-open on Monday at 11!

We hope to see you next week! Enjoy the festival!

Never in a million years growing up did I think having a banner at a high school for a business I owned was:

1. Even a thing I’d ever do
2. Take so much pride in it

Very proud of my own Tigers - Brynn and Liam and hopeful to Continue that Tradition with our Colin and Rowan

When people ask me:

Are you from Evansville I always say:

“No, but my kids are. They go to St Bens and Memorial”

So while I’ll never be “from Evansville” I can honestly say this is where my heart is…because this is where we chose to build our life and raise our Evansville native sons and daughters!

Happy Wednesday!

We are heading EAST today to Be Happy Pie Company location at Be Happy Pie Company for our Wednesday Hump Day with the trailer from 11-1ish. We will miss the action at Market on Main EVV until next season but you can get our great food at our Downtown Evansville Indiana spot located in Main Street Food & Beverage aka "The Chipper" - Burger Day special is in effect all day from 11-2 and 5-8 (only at The Chipper currently!)
