Who’s ready for this cooler to be full of cold beer and your tummy to be full of dry aged steak?

Chef Mike has been researching and honing his skills while we wait for final touches on the saloon. Dry aged beef is a labor intensive and expensive process where the price is generally transferred to the customer at a high markup. With the high cost of beef these days Queen City is dry aging our own so we will be able to serve you with the quality you deserve.
We’re looking forward to showing off and popping off a lid or two of some cold beers 🍻
Our state of the art taps will be coming in soon to showcase local and favorite tap brews just for you.
