Looking for more natural and less processed foods? We flavor our food with fresh herbs, blended seasonings and spices, and brighten our dishes with edible blossoms.

Indian cuisine is known for its spices, the foundation of its dishes. For example, garam masala is typically a blend of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, peppercorns, and nutmeg - many of which you can see here. We also use star anise, fennel and curry leaves, chilis, coriander and turmeric.
