Alabama Chicken Queen’s Viral Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Icebox Pie

Ingredients
• 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup dark brown sugar, packed, 1/4 teaspoons molasses ( optional)
• ½ teaspoon butter flavoring
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• 1½ cups cold milk
• 1 small box instant cheesecake-flavored Jell-O pudding mix
• 1 (8 oz) container extra creamy whipped topping, divided
• 1 cup Nestlé Toll House semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust

Directions
1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, dark brown sugar, butter flavoring, vanilla extract, molasses, and a pinch of salt with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cold milk and instant cheesecake pudding mix until smooth. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to thicken.
3. Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
4. Gently fold in 4 ounces (half the container) of the extra creamy whipped topping.
5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
6. Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
7. Top with the remaining 4 ounces of whipped topping, smoothing it over the pie.
8. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, before serving.

Tip: For an extra cookie dough flavor, sprinkle a few additional chocolate chips on top before chilling.
