Phatsy Kline’s at the Historic Eagle House is ready to mix it up and is looking for a fresh take on our food scene!
We are interested in pop-ups, food trucks, independent chefs or creative food concepts who would like to partner with us in our space!
Please tag some of your favorite folks that could be interested!
Located in the heart of Old Town Eureka in the Historic Eagle House, along with our bar and restaurant space, we’re home to a 23-room boutique inn The Inn at 2nd & C, a busy calendar of events weekly, lots of fun and friendly guests and a steady mix of locals and visitors alike.
We’re looking for food businesses interested in serving our guests one or more days a week, either from our fully equipped commercial kitchen or your own food truck, while we cross promote your business and ours!
Have a great concept? We’re open to ideas and flexible arrangements.
Due to the proximity to Gallaghers Irish Pub and Chapala Cafe, we are not interested in competing so no Mexican or Pub food inquiries. We support and love our neighbors!
