Awesome Business Opportunity!!
After 15 years of being in the Shaved Ice Business (4 yrs with Yeti’s) we are moving on to other opportunities and selling our shack.
Both being teachers/educators, this was the perfect seasonal/summer business/job for us over the years and have met so many great people especially out in the community. We have had the pleasure of working with the best staff and credit each and every one of them for all our success. This is a favorite summertime activity and is a great first/small business for anyone looking to make extra side money or for a fun and profitable side business. It’s also a great job for kids, a place to go over the summer for cold treats, family and friend hangouts, and making great memories.
This shack has been used over the years as a shaved ice stand (Yeti’s) that could easily be turned into something else depending on your needs if desired. Keep it as a shaved iced shack as well. If kept as a shaved ice shack, all equipment is included, ie tables, machine, syrups, cups, etc, so would basically be a turn key business and ready to go next season.
It does have water/hot water tank that was replaced 2 years ago so works great! The three compartment sink and hand washing sink/stainless steel is compliant for health department. The window AC unit works well in the heat. Building is fully finished with flooring and electrical, with several working electrical outlets.
It does not have wheels so would have to arrange transportation by renting a flatbed in order to move building if wanting to do so.
