Okay yall, it's all moved back to town, but we're gonna need just a little more time getting everything pulled back together.

We're gonna take tomorrow to reset everything the right way, without rushing, and then we'll be back open for regular service on Friday.

We're sorry to the people who thought they could finally get Disco's again tomorrow. We really did try to get everything reset, but Hillberry does a number on our crew and this truck. All good things in time though.

We'll see yall on Friday.

Behind the Scenes: Dustberr...ahem, we mean Hillberry Edition. 🤭

This is what the truck looked like inside after a SINGLE day of service on Sunday.

And honestly, we're super proud of our team this year, cause it could have been sooo much worse. 😬

Prepping and feeding yall was only part of the battle.

After the dust settled at the end of each day, pun intended, everything it touched had to be completely cleaned and sanitized.

It was no small feat.

Remember how we just got a new deluxe super efficient vent hood?

Yeah...she works REALLY well at pulling the outside air into the truck, even if that air is half air and half the finest particulate dirt known to man. 😆

So every single night after service, we had our work cut out for us. And every single night, our crew knocked it out of the park.

We were tired and sore, but all the silver surfaces in there weren't going to clean themselves. 🧼

So please enjoy at our expense this little walkthrough of the mess yall made us make.

Once we get it moved back into town, we'll do another walkthrough of how it looks now.

So shiny. ✨️

ETA: we won't be back open forrefills service until Friday. We're still resetting everything today.

Hey Hillberry, in case you didn't know, Disco's does this thing for Sunday late night/Monday morning called the 'Disco Dance Party'. 😉

We're taking a short break to go watch Blurred Name at the shrine stage, but then we'll be back at 3am to cook until Monday lunch or the food runs out, whichever one comes first.

You heard that right.

You can get Disco's ALL night and into the morning.

So if you have forgotten to eat all weekend cause you were having too much fun, now is your time to shine. ✨️

Or if you've had Disco's already, and you just want us one more time. It's also your time to shine. ✨️

We turn the fryer off at 4am, but we'll have the grill hot and ready for you. 😚
