Two years of R&D, several questionable decisions, and an unreasonable amount of pepper research have finally come to fruition.
Introducing the Nuclear Hellfire Pizza, available now at Sy’s New York Pizza.
At its core is the legendary Seven Pot Primo, created by Louisiana pepper pioneer Troy “Primo” Primeaux. This is not hot sauce pretending to be dangerous. The pizza is covered in pure Seven Pot Primo pepper mash, loaded with cheese, then finished with a generous dusting of dried superhot pepper powder. Additional toppings are available at regular menu prices.
It is absolutely vicious, but the challenge is simple.
You have 45 minutes to finish the entire pizza, including every last piece of crust, followed by a five-minute waiting period. Complete it without breaking the rules and earn your place on Sy’s Wall of Absolute Legends.
The challenge is open to adults 18 and older. Every participant must read the rules, review the safety information, and sign a waiver before beginning. Water, lemonade, soda, and non-dairy milk are allowed. Dairy products and energy drinks are not.
