MORNING Y'ALL!!! Happy Wednesday.

Effective immediately, we are using a cut of Teres Major for our Country Fried Steak! This is a BIG upgrade, come taste one and you'll see for yourself. Out previous supplier was having frequent delivery and supply issues so a change was necessary, figured we may as well upgrade while we're at it.

This new cut is in stock right now and will be the new standard going forward. Come try one today!
