What to say to a community that has been so instrumental in creating this beautiful Brand. Thank You. Words are only words, and when actions mean everything, your actions have kept us going. The last 4 years have been the most challenging of my years in the food service industry, but they have also been the most fulfilling. Having such a beautiful, kind and supportive community coming together to help support our business has been a joy to be a part of. I truly wish that the economy, and our government were more accommodating, or at all helpful to small businesses, but this world and economy is constantly moving towards convenience and greed rather than quality, and it shows in the consolidation of food service corporations, and small business closing all around us. With the reduction of small business comes the reduction of choice, and we so appreciate that you chose us.
Even though we will be gone for a while, we are hoping that a more accommodating economic and political climate will return, so that small business, and creative ideas will flourish again.
