Hello Friends of Seize the Cafe, I feel a little fall in the air and that always gets me excited to do a little French cooking. So for the next few weeks we are exploring French cuisine. This week's (9/3/26-9/6/26) dinner menu inspiration is from Brittany. Porc au cidre braised pork shoulder with cider and apples over roasted potatoes with brussel sprouts for $27, Sole meuniere with a caper lemon buerre blanc sauce baked rice and veggies for $28, a house made pasta with leeks mushrooms thyme and a truffle cream sauce for $19 and Cotriade a traditional Brittany seafood stew. Hello Friends of Seize the Cafe. Just kinda felt like Spanish food this week. This week's (8/13/26-8/15/26) dinner menu is Carcamusa a traditional braised pork with pimenton wine and garlic served over mashed potatoes with veggies for $26, oven roasted black cod with romesco sauce baked black rice and veggies for $28, and a stuffed pasta with goat cheese and a pesto marinara sauce for $19.
