🍂 A little Fitz’s update! 🍂

As we head into the winter months, you won’t find us at our 860 Hwy 99 location — but don’t worry, Fitz’s Flavor Co. isn’t going anywhere!

Actually… we have some new things in the works, and we’re pretty excited about what’s coming next. 👀🔥

And in the meantime, don’t forget — Chef Ross can cook for YOU! 👨‍🍳

🏡 Staying at an Airbnb or vacation rental and don’t want to go out? Let Chef Ross come cook.

🎉 Birthday, anniversary, holiday party or special dinner?

🏈 Having friends over for the game?

💼 Need a work lunch or small event catered?

❤️ Or maybe you just want an amazing dinner at home without doing the cooking!

Tell us what you’re thinking, how many people you’re feeding and what you love to eat — and we’ll figure out the rest.

From smoked meats and comfort food to appetizers, dinners, lunches and completely custom menus, we aren’t limited to what you’ve seen us serve from the cart. That’s where Chef Ross really gets to have some fun.

📩 Message Fitz’s Flavor Co. and tell us what you have in mind.

Thank you for continuing to follow along and support our little business. ❤️ We’ve learned a LOT this year, and we’re excited about where Fitz’s is headed next.

Stay tuned. We’ve got things cooking. 🔥

We would like to thank Wiggly Tails Dog Rescue for inviting us and Hayworth Estate Wines for hosting yesterdays awesome event! What a crowd and so much fun! 🐾😊🙏 another happy pup from UpDog Gym eating one of our all beef dogs in slowmo! 🦴🌭

Two happy customers, Winston and Dixie followed their sniffs and brought their humans to us. 😊🌭🐾
