Don't wash that pan just yet. :)

Another Food Word Friday and a favorite one for us! You know those browned bits stuck to the bottom? That's pure flavor. Deglazing is the technique chefs use to turn those little bits into incredible sauces. So the question of the day is: If you were making a pan sauce, what would you deglaze with?
