A Heartfelt Thank You from Ettrick Deli
After many years of serving this wonderful community, I am announcing the sale of Ettrick Deli to Don and Amy Hall.
This is a bittersweet moment for me. Ettrick Deli has never been just a business. It has been a big part of my life - a place where friendships were formed, memories were made, and generations of customers became familiar faces and, in many cases, good friends.
Most of all, I simply want to say thank you.
Thank you to every customer who walked through our doors and supported us over the years. Some of you came in occasionally, while others became part of our daily routine. I have watched children grow up and return with families of their own. Those relationships and memories are something I will always treasure.
I also want to thank our employees, especially those who have been with us for so many years. Their loyalty, hard work, and dedication have been an important part of Ettrick Deli’s success, and I am deeply grateful to them.
As Don and Amy take over Ettrick Deli, I want our customers to know that the traditions you have come to know and love will continue. Don and Amy are committed to keeping Ettrick Deli the same place our community has supported for so many years. There are no plans to change the menu, the recipes, the staff, or the way we do things. The goal is to continue the same traditions, familiar food, friendly service, and community atmosphere that have always been at the heart of Ettrick Deli.
I have one important request of our customers and community: please welcome Don and Amy and give them the same support, loyalty, and friendship you have given me. Stop by, say hello, and continue supporting the deli as they begin this new chapter.
Selling the business means turning the page on an important chapter of my life, but it doesn’t mean leaving behind the friendships and memories created here. Those will always stay with me.
It has truly been an honor and a privilege to serve this community. I will always be grateful for your loyalty, your friendship, the conversations across the counter, the laughter, and all the memories we have shared.
From my family and me, thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting Ettrick Deli and for allowing us to be part of this wonderful community for all these years. And please join me in welcoming Don and Amy Hall to the Ettrick Deli family.
