Our truck is being fixed, and we expect to be ready to go by mid-week.

Lici’s review made our whole week. 🥹💛

“They can call it whatever they want, just give me more of them!”

Although the empanadas we served her at were not what she was expecting (there are so many types of empanadas depending on the culture!), she loved them and wants to come for more!

Our baked empanadas are packed with flavor, made with love, and served with fresh sides like rice and beans or pasta salad. And yes… the chimichurri gets a special mention for a reason. 😉
