From our vintage neon signs to oil-can syrup pitchers and trucker-hat merch, every detail is a tribute to the golden age of road trips, logging hauls, and pit stops that fueled America. We specialize in hearty stacks, Southern griddle favorites, and locally roasted coffee strong enough to jumpstart your engine. Some things just never go out of styleโ€ฆ and a good old-fashioned Sloppy Joe is one of them!

We're taking you back to the days when sandwiches were messy, napkins were a necessity, and nobody worried about getting a little sauce on their shirt!

This Saturday, we're serving up this childhood favorite Sloppy Joe's with Black Angus beef, piled high on a soft brioche bun, alongside our house-made crispy chips for scooping and a crispy dill pickle!

We're bringing our bacon cheeseburger back to the griddle tomorrow, and this time we've added something new!

We're using Black Angus beef, topped with Applewood-smoked bacon and melted cheese, all on a soft brioche bun toasted in clarified butter!

And now we're serving it with golden, crunchy French fries cooked in beef tallow!

We also want to take a minute to thank everyone who came out and gave our burgers a try. It really means a lot to us. We're still fine-tuning a few things, listening to your feedback, and working to make each round a little better than the last.

Trying something new is always a learning experience, and we're grateful to have customers who are willing to give us a chance, share a kind word, and come back to see what we're cooking up next.
