Meet Milena, our General Manager — the woman who makes it all happen behind the scenes at Notchtop. ❤️

Milena has been our General Manager for over a year now, and since the day she joined us, Notchtop has truly come alive with a fresh new energy.

She is incredibly hardworking, responsible, dependable, and genuinely cares about Notchtop as if it were her own. She has brought so many positive changes, fresh ideas, and thoughtful improvements to our business — always looking for ways to make both our guests’ experience and our team stronger.

What makes Milena especially wonderful is the way she leads: with a smile, kindness, and respect for every single person on our team. She brings people together and somehow manages to stay positive even when things get crazy — and in the restaurant business, we all know that is a superpower! 😊

Milena and her wonderful family came to us all the way from Macedonia, bringing with them a beautiful touch of their culture, warmth, and personality.
