We came. We cooked. We conquered. 🍗🏆

The Post Rosedale just showed up to Chicken Fight Denver and walked away with TWO wins and we are absolutely not being humble about it.

🥉 3rd Place People’s Choice — Chicken
Fried chicken tender with sticky peach pique hot hot sauce, fresh herbs and flowers. The kind of bite that makes people vote.
🏆 Judges’ Choice — Best Cocktail
The Foamizzle My Peachnizzle. Still gin, roasted peach syrup, lemon, honey, vanilla brown sugar foam, graham cracker crumble. Yes, that’s a real drink. Yes, it won.

To everyone who voted for us — thank you. To the judges who crowned our cocktail — we see you.

Can’t wait to serve it up next year! Chicken Fight & Burger Brawl

Good drinks grow from good soil too you know. 🌱🍹

The Post Colorado is proud to be part of Zero Foodprint’s Dirty Drinks campaign and we’re bringing The Post Margarita to the cause.

August 24–30 at our Boulder, Rosedale, and Lafayette locations, $1 from every Post Margarita sold goes directly to Zero Foodprint’s Restore Grants, funding farmers and ranchers building healthy soil and regenerating our climate.
Suerte Blanco Tequila, Combier, agave, fresh lime. Make it spicy for $1. Brewer’s style for $2.

However you take it, every sip gives back.
