As we begin counting down to The Cazadero Steakhouse's 7th Anniversary, I've found myself reflecting on this incredible journey.
Seven years ago, we opened our doors with a dream, a lot of determination, and a hope that we could create something special for our community. Looking back now, it's amazing to think about all the memories we've shared together.
Over these past seven years, The Caz has been more than just a restaurant. It's been a place where birthdays were celebrated, friendships were made, first dates turned into anniversaries (and even a few weddings at the Caz!), and neighbors became family.
Like any small business, we've had our share of challenges. We've made mistakes, learned some tough lessons, celebrated victories, and kept moving forward. Every experience has shaped who we are today and made us stronger.
Through it all, one thing has never changed—our commitment to this community and our gratitude for every person who has walked through our doors. Whether you've been with us since day one or just discovered us recently, thank you. Your support has meant everything.
As we celebrate this milestone, I also want to look ahead. Over the next few weeks, I'd love to introduce you to the incredible people behind The Caz—the team members who pour their hearts into making this place what it is. You'll also get a first look at some exciting things we're working on, including Chef Porter's new weekend features and other ideas we're bringing to life as we continue growing.
If it's been a while since you've visited us, we'd truly love the opportunity to welcome you back. And if you're one of our regulars, thank you for believing in us through every season.
The first seven years have taught us so much. We're proud of how far we've come, excited about where we're headed, and incredibly grateful that you've been part of the journey.

(Apparently I was so excited about our anniversary that I aged The Caz a year younger! 😂 Thank you to everyone who caught my math mistake. We're celebrating EIGHT years! I guess I am not that good at math! LOL)
