Timber Town Grub Locally owned & operated Food Cart located in Estacada, Oregon. Serving up logger-sized meals

Over two years ago, private chef made decision to launch her own small business. Being one of the first food carts in the community, the menu highlights delicious, logger-size meals made for both locals & visitors alike. Creating house made sauces, dressing, slow-roasted pulled pork and even freshly baked desserts (to name a few). Family size portions available with pre-order - Mac & Cheese, Sloppy Joe, Ceasar Salad with house made croutons too.

Where did our post go about the city revoking our business ! Guess they dont like us posting the truth. Truth hurts . City not being fair. Allowed 2 other businesses to operate for 3 months with out clackamas county license. And they do this. And they turned off.our water for no reason as well.

It's Saturday and we are back today from 12pm till 4pm ! Serving a limited menu of Pulled Pork Sandwich, Pulled Pork mac and cheese, parmasan truffle fries and our delicious desserts! Todays desserts Tangy Lemon bars, Marble brownies, Sea Salt caramel bars and fresh baked cookies 🍪! We hope to see ya at Timber Town Grub!!

Got Mac attack? We're here Saturday from 12 to 4pm or till we sell out!! Tomorrow we will be serving up Fresh smoked pulled pork along with our delicious creamy white cheddar mac and cheese!! Also available tomorrow pulled pork sandwich with fries , parmasan truffle fries, and of course yummy desserts! Tomorrow we will have Marble brownies (swirled with cream cheese), Tangy Lemon bars, and melt in your mouth Sea Salt Carmel bars !! Fresh baked cookies available as well. Over 5 years ago we had a dream. And the dream was to serve delicious healthy homemade food. One of our best moments over the years feeding the firefighters on the front line. There's a picture of it wish I could find it. And we always stayed true and kept up constantly serving great. And thank you all for enjoying my cooking and our service. And we made mistakes but we learned and grown. Thank you all who has supported us the last 5 years. Tomorrow is our last day and just wanted to say THANK YOU!! Timber Town Grub

Desserts today will be Recess's Peanut butter blondes, strawberry mini bundt cakes with strawberry 🍓 glaze and Butterfinger brownies 😋.
