A voyage from the bustling streets of Hanoi to the Connecticut shoreline. Togarashi-crusted, gochujang-glazed salmon rests atop chilled rice vermicelli with crisp romaine, cucumber, carrots, scallions, and a bright Nước Chấm dressing that ties every bite together with sweet, savory, and refreshing balance.
