Friends; although this obviously bit premature we decided create a new FB page so we can share progress updates later this fall as we progress with our new building renovation. We first planned simply rebrand our old Burnout BBQ page as our new business page, retaining all old friends, but discovered that some existing FB friends may not want now be affiliated with our new business endeavor, therefore we did not want to "hijack" anyones FB friend status to a new business page which they may not support or want be affiliated with. So, please if you want and will, please feel free send us any friend requests and or LIKE our new page if you so want to, as our Burnout BBQ page will be deleted soon hereafter. Thank you!

Formerly Burnout BBQ & Grille, with a projected opening early 2026 offering an open floor sports bar environment with a drive-thru; featuring both domestic and imported draft and bottled beers, along with BBQ, fresh seafood and typical fried appetizers.

These are some buddies of ours from Carter county reassembled following a recent line up change, if anyone finds themselves with little to do this afternoon and in the mood for some live music entertainment, largely classic country and southern rock blend, etc . run over to E-Town and enjoy. 🎸🎶🥁

Catering a breakfast buffett this morning before dawn with just over 100 hungry individuals, for a nearby commercial contractor taking care of their dedicated and deserving employees. Shout out to Melinda rising at 3:00am along with me, to put her touch on these biscuits before heading off to work herself 😘. If any business, firm, etc. foresees potentially feeding their staff these next few holiday weeks and even into 2024, know that we can possibly whip something up for you and deliver, whether be a big country breakfast or common bbq dishes, etc. Or, if anyone needs an event space for a holiday party, meal, etc. ; our Rock Creek restaraunt building seats over forty and available for booking... 424-735-8050

We had so much fun today, we think we're gonna try it again tomorrow 11/5 (Sunday). We sincerely apologize for the wait times today, as unfortunately there only so much food can be turned out so quick from within a 10'X7' box kitchen, and we'll have a bit less product tomorrow, therefore we'll probably knock off earlier tomorrow than we did this afternoon, therefore cant commit to when specifically we may close tomorrow, but we'll open around 11:00am tomorrow and stay till most likely sold out whenever. But we did go slice some bananas only moments ago, and make couple dozen banana puddings for tomorrow. So, come by see us for lunch if you want or give us a call @ 423-735-8050 for a take-out order. Thank you everyone who came by today, we certainly appreciate you. 🐷

Please feel free share if and however you wish, thank you! This was a somewhat sudden idea, so please forgive the simple menu, as we had little time prepare anything out of the ordinary, but all the stars were in align tomorrow (SATURDAY) with unseasonably mild temps, extra hour of daylight still, nothing on our personal agenda, and of course the arrival in week prior of those frightening 😥 property tax notices!(lol). So, I guess an opportune weekend try earn a few dollars maybe. 😉.We'll be open at food truck @ 1075 N. Main Ave. all day Saturday 11/4 from 11:00am till very late afternoon, guessing near 8:00pm. Stop by our booth on the Food Lion parking lot this Friday and Saturday for Burgers, Hot Dogs and Apple butter. The Kiddos will also have refreshments for sale.

Just a friendly reminder; as although we are not operating out of either our Rock Creek restaraunt nor our Main St. Food Truck location at the moment, while we concentrate on building renovations, etc.; we do occassionaly build a fire and spend a long day smoking, etc. and making handful of side dishes for friends and customers when needed. Therefore, if one finds themselves in need of bbq 🐷pork, sausage, 🐓chicken and / or cole slaw, beans, potato salad and even dessert 🍰for any somewhat large picnic, reunion, reception or even local ,corporate event; know that we may be yet another local option for you. We can potentially even offer a clean, conditioned space within our Rock Creek location for dine-in for up to maybe 30 +- guests if needed; in conjunction with a meal. Thanks, and please look for and know that we will open our Main St. food truck randomly and occassionaly in months ahead on selective weekends. This somewhat a spur of the moment decision, stemming from overbuying a few dozen typical sandwich buns earlier this current week, but we've decided OPEN food truck tomorrow (Sunday) 05/07/23 11:00am-7:00pm at our 1070 N. Main St. Erwin location, for simply a one day thing. Our menu for the day is shown and coats shown includes all applicable sales tax, etc; and in addition we have deep fried cheesecake (pictured) for dessert as well as pulled pork, potato salad, baked beans, french fries and slaw each by the pound for the family.
