🇵🇷❤️ OUR FINAL GOODBYE — EL JIBARITO FOOD TRAILER ❤️🇵🇷

After a lot of thought, we have officially come to the end of our journey with El Jibarito Food Trailer.

Owners Roberto Ramos & Ashley Ramos want to personally thank each and every one of you who supported us, purchased food from us, shared our posts, recommended us, stopped by just to say hello, and continued showing us so much love throughout this journey. 🥹❤️

This decision was not an easy one. Due to unfortunate circumstances and health issues, we have decided that it is in our best interest to officially step away from the food business.

What started as an idea became something we will never forget. We cooked with love, shared our Puerto Rican culture and flavors with our community, met so many amazing people, and created memories that will stay with us forever. 🇵🇷

There were long days, stressful days, sold-out days, laughs, lessons, accomplishments, and moments that made every bit of hard work worth it. 🙏🏼

To everyone who became more than just a customer—to everyone who became part of the El Jibarito family—THANK YOU. ❤️

Thank you for believing in us.

Although this chapter is officially closing, we will forever be grateful that we got the opportunity to live it.

We’re sorry to announce that El Jibarito Food Trailer will be closing early for the season.

Due to unexpected circumstances and family health matters, we are unfortunately unable to continue opening at this time. Family comes first, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, love, and support during this time. 🙏🏼❤️

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU to every single person who came out to support us this season — whether you purchased a plate, shared our posts, recommended us to someone, or simply showed us love. Every bit of support has meant more to us than you know. 🇵🇷
