To all of our amazing customers, we want to thank you for your continued support and understanding.

Unfortunately, El Jibarito Food Trailer will be CLOSED today, Sunday, May 31, 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate everyone who has been calling, messaging, and checking in on us.

We are excited to announce that we will be RE-OPENING on Friday, June 5, 2026, at our usual location:

We truly apologize for the inconvenience, but El Jibarito Food Trailer will not be open today. Yesterday’s rain and strong winds made it difficult for us to operate safely, and today one of our team members is feeling under the weather. ❤️

We’re sorry for not being able to open yesterday and today, especially after all the love, support, calls, and messages you all send us daily. We appreciate every single one of you and your understanding during this time.
